Ivy and I have been dying to visit Trina’s Cafe (best chicken burgers and BLTs) in Uralla for months now, and whilst waiting in the longest queue at the cinema on Friday night, we decided Sunday was the day to do so. Instead of driving on the highway, we took the scenic route via Gostwyck. Gostwyck houses the most divine little chapel in a tree lined street, about twenty minutes out of Armidale. Twenty minutes, if you don’t get lost. It took Ivy and I about one hour.
The colours of the trees at this time of year in the New England are spectacular. The leaves blanket the ground with the most gorgeous shades of red, pink, orange and yellow.
Can you imagine having your wedding at Gostwyck Chapel in Autumn? It would be to die for. Apparently, you can’t get married there unless you regularly attend their Sunday services. I better start attending then, just in case – ha!
We finally arrived at Trina’s and the food was so yummy, I didn’t take any photos. Ivy and I both had the chicken burger and highly recommend it.
I hope you all have a lovely week!
